Family violence is on the rise in Erie County and across the country. At the same time, systems are strained, and resources are shrinking. These realities are sobering. But they also underscore the importance of what ECCAFV was built to do: come together, coordinate efforts, and lead.
A Shared Reality, A Shared Responsibility
Our updated strategic plan is the result of months of honest conversation, collaborative analysis, and shared determination. We thank every member, partner, and community advocate who contributed to the surveys, focus groups, and planning sessions. Your voices shaped not only the direction of this plan, but the energy behind it.
Strategic Priorities at a Glance
The Executive Committee reviewed extensive input from our Community and Member Surveys, along with insights from focus groups and other planning activities. Great care was taken to hear from a wide cross-section of voices across Erie County as we shaped the plan that will carry us through 2029.While the ideas shared were broad and thoughtful, there was remarkable consensus around what needs to be done and what’s possible within current resources.
